accuracy, privacy, and professionalism. We maintain a written company Security and Privacy Policy outlining production practices.
All our employees are required to review, understand and implement this policy. A signed copy of this agreement is kept in each
employee’s personnel file to show understanding and measure performance.

- Building alarm security with 24 hour monitoring
- All computers, servers and digital assets backup daily with onsite and offsite redundancy
- Awareness and compliance with all HIPAA regulations
- Privacy standards applied to all customer projects
- Encryption: to include user names and passwords
- Facility security: Key entry with key code alarm system, motion detectors and point of entry alarms
- Incident procedures: disaster plans & virus protection
- Waste destruction: on-site shredding
- Secure workstations: time-log on and off procedures
- Location and purpose of barcode and human identifier markers on all variable and transactional data
- Total counts are verified upon receipt of data, after mail sort, during mail bundling, prior to drop to USPS and by weight at USPS
- Interdepartmental pass off with written instructions
- Each receiving department conducts QC check for print quality and accuracy upon receipt of materials
- Secured FTP line with encryption protection for data transfer
- Up to date virus protection software in place
- Maintain offsite daily back up of all data and files
- Deletion of files from RIP queues upon completion of printing
- Confirm proper database linkage to variable and transactional data materials
- QC checks every 20th piece during insertion. Confirm start and end sequencing in each mail tray
- Proper mail documents submitted to USPS with confirmed quantity and accuracy with Data Processing Staff prior to delivery

- All equipment maintenance on schedule performed by manufacturer or certified technician
