Leave a .3125" margin all the way around the envelope. If you'd like to print closer to the edge or bleed color off the edge, talk to us for the best way to achieve this.
Letter envelope size requirements for first-class mail:
Length minimum is 5", maximum is 11.5 ". Height minimum is 3.5", maximum is 6.125".
Large envelope requirements for first-class mail:
Length minimum is 11.5", Height minimum is 6.125 ".
